(AI & Web3 Gaming) Ultiverse Raises $4M at a $150M Valuation, Total Funding Reaches $15M

Ultiverse has successfully completed a strategic funding round of $4 million, valuing the company at $150 million. Leading this round were IDG Capital, Animoca Brands, Polygon Ventures, MorningStar Ventures, Taiko, ZetaChain, Manta Network, DWF Ventures, and Jacob KO (Partner at Superscrypt), among others.

Frank Ma, CEO of Ultiverse, stated: "This capital allows us to accelerate our vision of building the most visually intuitive AI-powered platform for creating Web3 games. Since its establishment in 2022, Ultiverse has achieved:

• Launch of the genesis NFT Electrisheep (Floor price of 2 ETH, MarketCap $30M).
• Introduction of Ultiverse Main World, officially opening the Ultiverse World Book, supported by AI.
• Release of Terminus PC and Vision Pro versions on Steam, including AI-supported NPCs.
• Launch of three dapps: Meta Merge, Terminus City, and CricketFly.
