DeHorizon Concludes Series A Round with $8.5 Million to Accelerate DeVerse Game Development
Recently, the DeHorizon Foundation announced the completion of its series A funding round, securing $8.5 million led by Sfermion, Dragonfly Capital, and Everest Ventures Group.
Joining this round were notable participants such as Animoca Brands, Yield Guild Games, Mechanism Capital, Gumi Cryptos Capital, Infinity Venture Crypto, Akatsuki Inc, BitScale, Republic Realm, Youbi Capital, and Bybit, among others.
This new funding will facilitate the company in accelerating the development of the DeVerse game and expanding its team. DeVerse is a blockchain-based online role-playing game with a horror-adventure theme.
According to insights from GameFinity, the gameplay is geared towards the Metaverse, where players can explore and engage in battles, forge NFT creatures, mine resources, and domesticate wild beasts.
Looking ahead, DeHorizon plans to develop more blockchain games and forge partnerships with artists, celebrities, and other entities to enhance the vibrancy of the Metaverse world.
