A notable classic in Tower Defense is Lords Mobile: Tower Defense (LMTD), a free2play game that has earned $9.02 million to date.

Game Overview
Heroes TD is a Play to Earn game based on blockchain technology, where players summon heroes to attack enemy bases and defend their own.

New players start with Basic Heroes to participate in low-level PvP arenas. However, players can also use Hero NFTs, heroes that can be purchased from the Marketplace or summoned using two Hero NFTs, to join high-level PvP arenas, ranked battles, tournaments, and challenges.

Gameplay
At the start of Heroes TD, each player is provided with a set of 5 Basic Heroes. Players can use these heroes to participate in low-level PvP Arenas and battle other players to earn CGC (Cloudspire Gold Coins).

In each game, a player's base will face multiple waves of attacks from opponents' heroes. Simultaneously, the player's heroes will launch counter-attacks against the enemy base.

When an opponent's hero reaches a player's base, the player loses 1 point. If they lose 3 points, they lose the match. The same applies to the opponent.

Large attacks (Boss) occur after a certain number of deployment waves. During a Boss deployment wave, a stronger hero appears with special stats and skills.

Depending on the Boss's characteristics, special skills will vary, such as blocking the attack of a random hero to summon smaller heroes or running faster for a few seconds.

At the start of the game, players have 100 mana. While defending their base, they must use this energy to summon a hero. Each time a player summons a hero, a certain amount of mana is used, and a random hero from the hero set is summoned.

Mana increases each time a player summons a new hero. Defeating an opponent's hero also earns the player more mana, which can be used to summon additional heroes.

Players can also merge two identical heroes with the same star count to summon a randomly higher-star hero. Correspondingly, subsequent heroes moved to the enemy base will also have higher star counts.

The more stars a hero has, the more powerful it is. Depending on the hero's characteristics, increased stats may include damage, attack, more health, higher defense, etc.

NFT Assets in the Game
Hero System: Heroes are the main assets of the game and the primary combat power for each player. Each hero is born with different attributes that determine their combat capabilities. Depending on the combination of these attributes, the hero's stats will differ.

There are 2 types of heroes in the game:

Basic Heroes: a group of heroes that can participate in low-level PvP arenas. Players are given these heroes from the start and can use them to earn CGC by participating in daily events, missions, etc.
Hero NFTs: heroes in high-level PvP arenas, ranked battles, tournaments, and challenges. Hero NFTs can only be purchased from the Marketplace or summoned using two Hero NFTs.

There are over 60 characters in Heroes TD, named:

Duelist, Assassin, Slayer, Hunter, Enlightened, Wizard, Warlock, Warlord, Fortune, Elderwood.
Origins:
Dazzler, Vanguard, Guardian, Mystic, Divine, Ninja, Fabled, Dragonsoul, Reviver, Brawler.
Items and Runes
Each hero can be equipped with a maximum of 3 items and 3 Runes when summoned. These items and Runes cannot be deleted or changed throughout their lives. Each item and Rune has different stats, improvements, and effects.

Items: Heart Breaker, Bone Crusher, Jambiya, Restorer, Medallium, Dirk, Leather Armor, etc.
Runes: Apprentice's Stone, Hunter's Treasure, Regeneration Rune, Astral Rune, Wicked Charm, Ancestor's Relic, etc.
Game Modes
Battle Mode
Heroes TD is a tower defense game that uses a set of 5 heroes. Players can customize their hero set to fit the battle they will participate in.

Each mode has specific rules that players must follow to win. In addition, there are special rewards for players who achieve high rankings.

There are 4 Battle Modes in Heroes TD:

PvP Arena: Players can participate without needing Hero NFTs. They will battle players with corresponding PvP rankings. Players can also earn CGC after each match, depending on their ranking.
Co-op Mode: Players will be paired with a random player to cooperate in a match. Each player will bring their own hero set into battle and defend the base together against enemy attacks. Depending on the number of completed attack waves, players will receive a corresponding amount of CGC.
Challenge Mode: Players can directly challenge other players in two ways: Direct Challenge or Challenge with the same hero set. To participate in challenges, both players must pay CGC, and the winner will receive rewards based on the amount of CGC, after deducting a small fee.
Tournament Mode: 4 or 8 players can participate by paying a small fee to enter the tournament. Players will be paired off to fight for the lead position in the tournament. Only the last player standing will receive the tournament's rewards!
Daily Missions
Players can participate in daily Missions and events to complete tasks and receive CGC rewards.

Summoning Heroes
In Heroes TD, players can summon new Hero NFTs by using two Hero NFTs. A certain amount of CGC and HTD will be used in this process.

The newly summoned hero will carry unique characteristics of the two original heroes.

Number of Summons:
Each Hero NFT can only be used to summon seven times. After each use, the cost of using that hero to summon a new hero will increase. On the other hand, the chance of summoning a hero with better equipment will increase. The higher the "number of summons" of a hero, the more valuable they are.

Summoning Costs:
After each use of two heroes to summon a new hero, a certain amount of CGC and HTD will be used. The higher the "number of summons" of a hero, the more fees are required to summon a new hero.
