HYTOPIA Restructures $TOPIA Token

What is Hytopia?
HYTOPIA is a game platform and metaverse built on the Ethereum and Polygon blockchains. Developed by a seasoned group of Minecraft modders, its goal is to expand the boundaries of player experience and creativity.

Hytopia addresses limitations within the Minecraft ecosystem by modernizing player experiences. The platform focuses on developing Minecraft-like gaming tools to enhance user performance across various devices such as PCs, web browsers, gaming consoles, and mobile phones.

The platform offers players an engaging experience where they can play games, chat with friends, and monetize their creativity within the game.

HYTOPIA Restructures $TOPIA Token
By late 2024, the HYTOPIA team is restructuring control over the $TOPIA tokens to enhance transparency and efficiency. Specific changes include:

• Over 1 billion $TOPIA tokens will be minted for rewards during staking.
• Rewards from Cex/Faucet (24% of total supply) will be distributed to a multisig wallet controlled by the HYTOPIA Foundation.
• Tokens from the team's allocation that have not been invested will be locked for a period, while the already supplied tokens will be minted and transferred to a multisig wallet.
• The remaining tokens from the airdrop that have not been claimed will also be redistributed to users.

These restructuring efforts aim to streamline governance and improve token distribution within the HYTOPIA ecosystem, fostering greater community engagement and participation.
